Epsom Salt is renowned for easing muscle relaxation, stress, detoxification and softening skin when added to a bath.

Epsom salt, which was originally discovered in Epsom, Surrey, has many other uses too, including helping plants grow due to its magnesium content.

The Epsom salt below is non graded and is for external use only.

Just add fragrance for bath salts, and oils too for a salt scrub. Or just add warm water for a relaxing, skin-softening foot soak.
