It is a totally clear suspension in a pure, natural invert sugar solution. The concentration is a very high 400g of vanilla per litre of extract.
This extract produces a beautifully pure, sweet flavour when used in baking.
This extract, which comes in a 10ml amber glass dropper bottle, is gluten-free, vegetarian and has no artifical colours and no preservatives.
Shelf Life: 2 -3 years if kept closed and out of sunlight.
