Lip Balm Filling Tray (with Spatula)

These fab new Lip Balm Filling Trays will make light work of filling 50 tubes at a time.

Suitable for all our Lip balm tubes (0.15oz).

This tray will allow you to fill 50 lip balm tubes without the drips or spills and in significantly less time than hand filling with pipettes.

Directions

Insert your tubes (without lids) one at a time, facing up, into the bottom of the filling tray. After heating your lip balm to a liquid in a jug, pour your lip balm mixture over the tray until all the tubes are filled. Scrape the excess balm from the surface with our flat Spatula Scraper (included). The excess balm mixture can be placed into your jug and re-heated.

Filling Trays should not be used with waxes heated above 140° F.

Our trays are white and measure 10 inches long x 4.5 inches wide x 0.5 inches deep.
